Voice calls use 5 credits a minute, counted by the second. Your customers' own messages, your staff's replies, your tests in the console and the copilot don't count. Monthly credits renew every billing month and don't roll over.

How the trial works
Sign up your restaurant
Your restaurant's name, your number and your email, and you are in the Shihab console. The trial starts there.
Add the menu and connect your channels
Upload photos of your menu or add it by hand, and connect WhatsApp, Messenger and Instagram from the same console.
Shihab replies, you watch
Follow every conversation as it happens, with every feature open during the trial, voice calls included.
Pick your plan when it ends
We remind you before the trial runs out. Choose a plan and add a card to carry on, or stop and pay nothing.
Which plan fits
- Basic, 2,500 credits a month: roughly 500 to 800 conversations. For a restaurant starting out, or with a modest flow of messages.
- Pro, 5,000 credits a month: roughly 1,000 to 1,600 conversations. For a busy restaurant with messages and orders all day.
- Business, 10,000 credits a month: roughly 2,000 to 3,200 conversations. For chains and high volume.
One reply from Shihab to a customer is one credit, and a typical order conversation takes a few replies, so the numbers are a rough guide. The features are the same on every plan: unlimited branches, every channel, the ordering page, voice calls and the staff app. If the month's credits run out early, buy more or move up a plan from the console.
WhatsApp charges that Meta applies to some messages (such as template messages) are not Shihab's: Meta bills them to your WhatsApp Business account directly, as with any WhatsApp service.

Which plan is for me?
Every plan has every feature, so it comes down to how many messages you get. Each reply from Shihab to a customer uses one credit, and a typical order conversation takes a few replies, so Basic's 2,500 credits a month cover roughly 500 to 800 conversations. Pro has twice that and Business four times. You don't have to decide now: the trial shows you what you need, and you can change plan any time.
What is a credit, and what counts?
Each reply from Shihab that reaches a real customer on WhatsApp, Messenger, Instagram, web chat or the ordering page uses one credit, and a reply to a customer's voice note counts like any other. Voice calls use 5 credits a minute, counted by the second. Not counted: your customers' own messages, your staff's replies, your tests in the console and the copilot.
What happens when my credits run out?
Shihab stops replying, and conversations keep arriving in the console for your staff to answer as usual, so nothing is lost. Buy more credits, move up a plan or wait for the next month, and Shihab replies again. Before that, we alert you when you have used 80% of your credits and again at 90%.
Can I buy more credits?
Yes, from the console at any time while you are subscribed: 1,000 credits for ₪150, 3,000 for ₪400 or 10,000 for ₪1,200. A top-up is a one-off payment, stays valid for 12 months and is used only after the month's credits run out. Monthly credits renew every billing month, and what you don't use doesn't roll over.
How does the free trial work?
Sign up and start straight away. The trial runs for a week or 1,000 credits, whichever runs out first, with every feature open. You pay nothing during the trial.
Can I change plan any time?
Yes, from the console at any time. Moving up applies straight away: the extra credits are added now, and you pay the difference for the days left in the month. Moving down takes effect from your next billing month.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes. Cancel from the console in a couple of clicks, and the subscription runs to the end of the month you have paid for. No lock-in and no cancellation fee.
What happens when the trial ends?
Without a plan and a card, Shihab stops replying, and conversations keep arriving in the console for your staff to answer as usual. Nothing is lost: your menu, conversations and orders all stay, and the ordering page keeps working. Add a card at any time and Shihab starts replying again.
How do I pay?
By Visa or Mastercard, or with Apple Pay or Google Pay. Payments go through Stripe: we never see or store your card number. The subscription renews every month until you cancel, and a top-up is a one-off payment when you buy it.
